Three principles run through everything we ship.

**Intent over interface.** Start from what a person is trying to do, not from the screens that have to exist to do it. The screens are downstream. Sometimes they don't need to exist at all.

**Two audiences, one product.** A modern SaaS product is used by humans and called by agents. The same intelligence has to serve both, with the same quality floor and the same trust contract.

**Ship to find out.** Best practice in this field is months old at the longest. The only credible authority is production work. We bias hard toward shipping, then learning from what we shipped.

Direction, design and engineering sit on the same team, in the same room, in the same sprint. The work is half consulting, half building, and the two halves stay attached on purpose.
