Queries aren't matched blind. They're read. Concepts are recognised in the question itself, resolved to your team's vocabulary, and expanded before any ranking happens.
Dictionary first
A query hits the concept index before anything else: instant, deterministic matches against the names your workspace actually uses.
Expanded, then ranked
Every synonym of a recognised concept joins the search, so asking for the “playbook” finds documents that only ever say runbook. Only then does full-text take over.
Agents search oriented
An agent learns the workspace vocabulary at orient, resolves terms with concept_resolve, and queries with canonical names. Explainable retrieval, no blind vector guessing.
